Site Inspection: Inspect installation sites and review work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine material requirements and installation procedures. Customer Demonstrations: Demonstrate systems for customers, explaining details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms, and providing training on system usage. System Maintenance: Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications to maintain optimal system performance. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local and national security standards and regulations. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Customer Service: Maintain a customer-oriented mentality, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including inspections, repairs, and customer interactions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency. Minimum Requirements:CFAA License: Must hold a valid CFAA (Canadian Fire Alarm Association) license. Experience: Prior experience with monitoring systems, emergency lighting systems, and security systems is preferred. Technical Skills: Experience with Siemens and/or Mircom ESD systems is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-oriented approach and deliver exceptional service. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
