CladderBenefits:$35-40/hr based on experienceComprehensive Benefits plan after 30 days of employmentWeekly paySummary:We are looking for Cladders to work on our commercial projects in Vancouver and the surrounding area.Specific Duties:Install a variety of products to high quality standard, in a safe and timely mannerAssist fellow tradespersons in construction activitiesSafely operate a variety of hand tools such as cordless drills, grinders, cutoff saws etc.Install company products including, insulation and membraneFollow company Policy and ProceduresDaily attendance and active participation required.Communicate effectively with Foremen and all other co-workersParticipate in weekly toolbox and safety meetingsLoad and unload construction materials and move materials to work areasKey Performance IndicatorsProven ability to take direction and get required job doneSafety record and proven safe practice on all job sitesAttention to detail on tasks performedRequired:Understanding of installation methods is an assetExperience with a variety of hand and power toolsAbility to arrive to the job site punctually and reliablyPhysically able to safely lift 50lbs and work 8 hours or more.Willing to attend any required safety course/attain safety tickets.Ability to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test
