Ces machines acquises d’un partenaire doivent faire la promotion, la vente, produire les rapports de ventes, de conciliation, permettre le paiement automatique, valider l’âge,… Il faut donc faire une intégration avec plusieurs systèmes. L’analyste devra ainsi échanger avec le partenaire externe en anglais, comprendre les spécifications fonctionnelles de la machine, comprendre les systèmes, processus et procédures. Le rôle attendu est le suivant : 1. Comprendre les spécifications fonctionnelles de la solution fournisseur2. Comprendre rapidement les systèmes existants affectés par le projet3. Identifier les fonctions à mettre en place.4. Effectuer les analyses des besoins affaires et TI principalement en français et parfois en anglais5. Faire les différents suivis afin d’assurer que les analyses sont comprises des parties prenantes.6. Participer aux différents essais (test fonctionnel)7. S’impliquer activement dans les différentes rencontres avec les partenaires externes et internes.8. Planifier et organiser son temps en fonction des objectifs9. S’assurer de maintenir à jour les analyses10. Collaborer avec tous les membres de l’équipe L’équipe est composée de consultants, d’employés et d’un nouveau partenaire pour la solution obtenue. À l’arrivée la personne sera prise en charge par la chargée de projet et l’analyste principale en place.
