We provide various services to optometry clinics such as group discounts, centralized billing, clinic management software, business coaching, continuing education and peer-to-peer events.The Practice Advisor provides support and business coaching to optometry clinic owners and eyecare professionals to help them reach their goals. Our practice advisors also promote the benefits of being independent practice owners and part of the OSI community.Provide in-clinic and online training using the OSI training material;Opticianry education and experience in managing an eyecare practiceTraining and coaching experienceAbility to establish trusted relationship with customersGood business sense and professionalismEffective time management and organization skillsCan-do, solution-oriented attitudeGood knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)This role requires a car and a valid driver’s licence are necessary.Competitive salaryA balance between working from home and in-person interactions.Permanent and full-timeSchedule: 40 hours, Monday to FridayLocation: Ontario ( GTA or Western Ontario)
