Occupational Health and HSSE Admin Kitimat, BCIntroduction Brunel is seeking a Occupational Health and HSSE Admin for our client in Kitimat, BC will support the ambition of our client to eliminate or minimize health and safety risks associated with its business activities. The company staff must perform their work duties without limitation and remain fit for duty and in a mental and physical condition that allows them to work safely and productivity.To assist the Occupational Health and HSSE team, an admin staff member is required, who will be tasked with managing confidential information, booking follow up appointments, managing health screening data in accordance with local legislation and company policies.ResponsibilitiesAssist with on site and digital records managementAssist with initiating health monitoring programs though data managementAudit employee medical records to track information on upcoming health screeningBook appointments for audiometric testingBook appointments for schedules health screening assessments.Book appointments for fitness to work assessmentsForward assessment results and received employee documents to Occupational Health Physician and Occupational Health NurseMaintain strict privacy and confidentiality as per legislative requirementsDemonstrate a strong personal commitment to Health & SafetyDevelop strong working relationships with your team and other internal and external stakeholdersDisplay a strong positive attitude to manage change and improvement in our processes, ways of working and our overall performanceUse your ability to utilize flexible thinking with well-developed problem-solving skillsHave a commitment to authentic, honest, open and transparent communication with the courage to share views, insights, uncomfortable truths whilst accepting and supporting decisions madeQualificationsDemonstrated interpersonal and communication skills towards building relationships in a dynamic, integrated, diverse/multi-cultural environmentExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.Excellent data management skillsMinimum 5 years’ experience with Occupational Health in an administrative role.Working knowledge of Work Safe BC and Worker Compensation ActWhat We OfferWhy work with Brunel?
