This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities. - Full service boutique law firm specializing in business law, civil litigation, family law, real estate and tax and estate planning.- Top tier Toronto law firm- Conveniently located in the heart of the Financial District Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to lawyers;- Transcribe, prepare, and revise legal documents, contracts, and correspondence;- Maintain legal files;- Organize and assemble document books;- Become familiar with files, clients and key contacts to better prioritize calls;- Liaise professionally with assistants and other lawyers;- Assist with docketing, timesheets, and coordinate billing cycle;- Coordinate business travel accommodations; and- Other duties as needed.
