Detailed Job Description: The Senior Database Administrator will report to the Manager, Database Services, and be part of a distributed team responsible for ensuring all enterprise operational database functionality. Responsibilities include database implementation and maintenance, collaboration with other teams, hardware and software configurations, developing plans for reliable and scalable database environments, and more.

8+ years of experience with Database Administration for MS SQL Server
~ Skilled at database design, monitoring, data modeling, scripting, and performance tuning
~ Exposure to on-premises, Cloud, and Hybrid database environments
~ Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery options for MS SQL Server
~ Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS projects
~ Solid understanding of Database security
~ In-depth performance tuning and problem-solving of SQL queries
~ Knowledge of implementing operational automation using scripts
~ Source Code repository experience to support software development processes
~
