Responsibilities:

● Work the product design team to create intuitive and user-friendly software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing , to define and implement design strategies that align with the business objective of constantly improving the user experience .

● UX is never complete, so this role will constantly be seeking to iterate on previous improvements to bring even further enhancements.

● Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience continuously.

● Documentation: document all aspects of the UX experience through the d evelop ment of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate the product vision and user interactions effectively. 

● Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure design consistency across products. 

● Lead the creation of a UX design strategy that aligns with the company goals of bringing AI to eve ry aspect of our systems and work with leadership to create objectives that lead to key results of measurable improvements that are both small incremental changes and large UI/UX changes.

● Work with marketing, sales & company leadership to assess and adopt rapid system development through internal and external resources.

● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. 

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer interaction, or related field. 

● Proven experience as a product designer in a SaaS software environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables. 

● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, ect. 

● Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 

● Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers. 

● Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
