Our goal is to provide accessibility, flexibility, and precision in every mortgage transaction, utilizing advanced technology and data-driven insights to set new standards in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote mortgage broker role for an Alberta Broker at Swivel Mortgage Group. The Alberta Broker will be responsible for managing mortgage applications, liaising with clients, conducting financial assessments, analyzing market trends, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. The Alberta Broker will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with lenders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.QualificationsStrong knowledge of mortgage financing and lending practicesExperience in mortgage underwriting and assessing financial risksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and provide informed mortgage adviceProficiency in mortgage software and digital toolsAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to work independently and remotelyProven track record of meeting sales targets and customer satisfactionAlberta Mortgage Broker license (or willingness to obtain one)** I am open to brand new agents or those looking to get into the industry. I will provide full training and assist you in every facet of the industry.
