Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for full-time Pharmacist to join our Lansdall Pharmacy location in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. The community also has close ties to the local Nekaneet first nation with the annual Battle of the Little Big puck being nationally recognized for its cultural significance in uniting the local first nations and residents of the southwest to raise funds for many wonderful charities.”

*Position Details:*
* New Grads Welcome To Apply
* Up to 40 hrs / week
* Monday through Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm /Saturdays: 11:00am to 3:00pm

*Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:*
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy and actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement. The Pharmacist will play a key role in achieving departmental excellence in the areas of patient focused care, customer service and workflow efficiencies.
* Focus on clinical services (i.e., medication reviews, disease state management)
* Initiate care plans, follow up and document
* Administer vaccines
* Determine appropriateness of drug therapy
* Monitor medication adherence
* Collect and document relevant patient, drug, and disease information
* Recommend OTC products and vitamins
* Answer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessment
* Supervise a pharmacy student or a provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
* Other duties as required

*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Experience in Kroll
* Experience working in a retail environment
* Good communication skills (both oral and written)
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
