ExpectationsConcept Creation – 30%Conceptualize and strategize to develop unique solutions that deliver against a client briefInterpret and adhere to corporate brand guidelinesEnsure creative output is brand-appropriate and on target, soliciting feedback as necessaryArt Production – 50%Revise content based on creative direction and client reviewImplement approved creative across print and digital channelsPrepare and finalize creative as needed for distributionProject Communication – 15%Understand project requirements to ensure successful development and deliveryCommunicate project status, risk and progress to the teamSoundly articulate creative rationale to the team and clientsInternal Design – 5%Support internal marketing initiativesPrepare for pitches and presentations as neededAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience across digital and print platforms, a command of typography and a keen attention to detail. QualificationsDegree or diploma from a post-secondary course in graphic design3–5 years of relevant industry experienceCompetency in both print and digital executionStrong grasp of typography and design principlesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects) and Google WorkspaceSoft Skill RequirementsExcellent written and presentation skillsKeen attention to detailCreative capacity to generate ideas that align with a project briefGood judgment and professionalism when dealing with clients and team membersStrong leadership, decision-making and critical thinking skillsThe ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative and effectively manage prioritiesTolerate job-related stress, particularly with deadlines and feedbackCommitment to the successful completion of workA positive attitude and genuine interest in the success of our clients and the culture of our agency
