OpenInvoice Project Manager
On behalf of our client Procom is seeking a seasoned OpenInvoice Project Manager to lead complex transformation projects within the organization. This is a 12 contact in downtown Calgary.

OpenInvoice Project Manager Job Details

This role will focus on the integration of Connected Applications into the new SAP S4/Hana platform, requiring a blend of technical and project management expertise. The successful candidate will manage projects that span across the Core Optimization Program, Data Management & Integration Optimization (DMIO) Program, and various business process projects enabled by the implementation of selected solutions.
The OpenInvoice Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination, and execution of assigned projects. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. The role demands effective leadership in managing a diverse team of business, functional, and IT staff, contractors, and system integrators through the project delivery lifecycle. Key responsibilities also include scope validation, resource planning, change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality planning.

OpenInvoice Project Manager Mandatory Skills
- Strong technical skills with experience in SAP S4/Hana and project management tools.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6.

OpenInvoice Project Manager Desired Skills
- Experience with Open Invoice and Trax applications will be highly regarded.
- Background in the Oil & Gas/Energy industry is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership traits, including mentorship and people development skills.
- Capability in organizational change management and strategic planning.

OpenInvoice Project Manager Start Date
Anticipated start date is June 2024.

OpenInvoice Project Manager Location
This hybrid position is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with the requirement to work 4 days a week onsite at the downtown office.
