Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Senior Joint Interest Business Analyst for our client, a well-established oil and gas company located in Calgary, AB.This role is integral to our client's operations, providing essential support in generating custom reports using various systems, conducting data quality checks related to Joint Interest agreements, and assisting the Conventional Joint Interest (JI) and Commercial teams with data analysis and other ad hoc requests. If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your professional journey, we invite you to apply todayLocation: Calgary, ABShifts: Monday - FridayJob type: Full-time | Long-Term ContractResponsibilities:Manage CS Land data related to Joint Interest for data quality and integrity and ensure SOX complianceQuery CS Land backend tables for monthly reports, data integrity checks and adhoc data requestsPrepare monthly reports with P2 Optix, SAP (ECC, Business Objects) and SpotfireSolve ambiguous and complex problems with structured approach to identify relevant data sources, define criteria for data extraction, clean data, perform data analysis and present findingsSynthesize data from different sources (Qbyte CS Land/Metrix/Financial, IHS, Energy Components, Enverus, Petrinex and SAP) to diagnose/troubleshoot data issues or to provide insights for initiatives and projectsUtilize ArcGIS Pro to develop maps for data visualization and analysis in support of Conventional Commercial Services projectsWork collaboratively across multiple functional teams to resolve issues related to application, data, process, and people.Qualifications & Skills:Must be eligible to work and reside within CanadaKnowledge of Joint Interest agreements and the processes/applications managing their financial componentsCompletion of, or current progress towards, PJVA Administration CertificatesProficiency in data management of cost centers, division of interest, overhead, joint venture, and processing feesExperience with Qbyte applications, P2 Optix, SAP (ECC, S/4 HANA, and Business Objects), Spotfire, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, ArcGIS Pro, AccuMap, Enverus, Petrinex, and StackDXExperience in data integration and data migration is an assetEnthusiastic self-starter with effective interaction skills for internal and external stakeholders.Don’t miss out on this Senior Joint Interest Business Analyst job opportunity in Calgary, AB.
