Company Description Koler Builders is a construction and general contracting firm that specializes in ground up construction in the residential and ICI space as well as retrofits to existing structures. Our team of experts provides comprehensive and cost-effective services for our clients, from the pre-development phase through to project completion. Koler Builders is part of the Lev Group, a global real estate investment firm.

This is a full-time Position. As an Operations Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Operations and lead the project delivery teams in their successful delivery of multiple projects ranging from small interior fit-outs to multi-million dollar projects in the residential and ICI sectors. You will be accountable for all projects successful delivery and to delivering them safety, on schedule, to budget and strict adherence to our standard of quality expectations.

10 years of progressive construction delivery experience as a General Contractor with the last 3 years in a demonstrated leadership position. Specific demonstrated experience managing project delivery teams in the residential and ICI Sectors Note: Candidates that do not have this specific experience will not be considered .
~ Strong inspection skills to ensure quality control
~ Proficiency in logistics management to keep projects on track
~ Proficient in Microsoft Project
~ Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
~ Experience in change management
~ Experience in contract management (CCDC range and CCA1 subcontract)
~ Experience in dispute management
~ Excellent organizational skills to manage time and resources effectively
~ Ability to multi-task and a few project teams at a time
~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
