~ Job Overview ~Moosomin Dental Clinic (sister clinic to Moosomin Dental Centre), offers a wide range of dental services with a highly experienced team dedicated to providing top-quality care. Our professionals regularly update their skills through courses and conventions. We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting good oral health practices.~ Duties ~- Perform dental cleanings- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and proper care post-treatment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Maintain patient records accurately- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as required- Conduct screenings for oral health conditions~ Requirements ~- Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures- Knowledge of dental office protocols and procedures- Strong customer service skills- Ability to work with Dentrix- Itero scanning experience considered an asset but not required- Proficiency in standards of care including IPAC- Licensed to practice in Saskatchewan~ Benefits ~* -Canada Life benefits package* - 3 weeks vacation annually (40hrs can be rolled over)* - Annual compensation reviews* - $200 uniform allowance* - Paid license fees (submitted as an expense for reimbursement)* - 3 sick/personal days annually* - Annual Christmas Bonus* - Early closure on Fridays during summer months\*\*Come Join our team \*\*Please e-mail your resume or inquiry to staff\_mdc@sasktel.netJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: $40.00-$60.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 - 40 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:* Moosomin, SK S0G 3N0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Licence/Certification:* Dental Hygienist License (required)Work Location: In person
