The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate budgets for new projects, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and industry practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Tasks:

  • Budget Development: Develop detailed budgets for new projects by gathering data on labor, materials, and services.\
  • Budget Monitoring: Oversee the EAC for each project, updating it as needed to reflect real-time expenses and changes in project scope.\
  • Procurement Support: Assist procurement teams by reviewing material and service requirements, ensuring they fall within approved project budgets.\
  • Purchase Order Preparation: Contribute to purchase order and contract preparation, ensuring alignment with project budgets.\
  • Vendor Pricing Tracking: Track changes in vendor pricing and identify opportunities for cost-effective purchasing.\
  • Budget Modificatiosn: Document budget modifications, maintaining detailed records to support continuous improvement in budgeting practices.\
