Performance Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Card Test Lead to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Cards & Payments domain , particularly in credit card platforms , and will lead testing efforts for credit card migration projects . Fraud transfers
Proven success in credit card migration testing , including data validation and reconciliation .
Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) Testing Leadership:
Lead and manage end-to-end testing for credit card migration projects.
Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and UAT phases.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure complete test coverage.
Oversee defect management : triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Maintain detailed documentation: test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect logs.
Proficient in JIRA, HP ALM , or equivalent test management tools.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor junior testers and guide offshore teams to ensure quality and consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field.
~7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Cards & Payments .
~ Prior experience in leading testing teams and migration projects is highly desirable.
