As a Software Architect (Bilingual FR/EN) specializing in operationalization and deployment solutions (CI/CD), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD solutions for our client. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their CI/CD requirements, design appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.Key Responsibilities:Lead CI/CD architecture discussions with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and security concerns.Design end-to-end CI/CD solutions, including toolchain automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.Take a hands-on approach to implementing CI/CD solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with client systems and applications.Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing best practices and helping to develop their technical skills.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on CI/CD strategy, roadmap planning, and solution optimization.Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from technical stakeholders to executive leadership, ensuring alignment of CI/CD initiatives with business objectives.Stay current with the latest developments in CI/CD technologies, including product updates and industry trends, and incorporate new innovations into our solution offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Extensive experience in CI/CD architecture and design, with a focus on DevOps technologies.Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD solutions, including installation, configuration, and customization.Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts such as application lifecycle management, deployment automation, and role management.Experience interacting with external clients in a consulting or advisory capacity, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in CI/CD environments.Relevant certifications such as DevOps Engineer, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25% travel may be required).Technological Environment:Programming and Frameworks: .Net (C#, VB, Visual Studio 2022, WPF, Web API, .Net Core)Frontend: ReactDatabases: SQL Server, MongoDBCloud and DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Kafka, DynatraceCI/CD Tools: TFS, GIT, Kong, Rancher, Specflow, Istio, Grafana, HelmDevelopment Practices: BDD, TDD
