M&A ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for for M&A Analysts, Experience working in one of our specialist fields would be highly beneficial: Healthcare / Insurance / Consumer & Retail / Real Estate / Infrastructure. M&A ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· The full range of responsibilities to M&A at Analyst level· Assisting in execution of deals· Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials· Gathering public information through numerous sources· Creating merger and financial model analyses· Generating models for valuation metrics· Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments· Building company forecast models· Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis· Producing and maintaining various databases M&A ANALYST SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS· You must have 1-3 years M&A experience from a Tier 1 bank / top boutique or Big 4 Advisory firm· Sound knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs· Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills; particularly DCF`s and LBO`s and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively when quizzedOPPORTUNITY· Join our management advisory team that undertakes C-suite sponsored business model transformation engagements
