Role in Sentence:
Manage large-scale training projects from end-to-end, including all steps of the instructional design and/or facilitation process, budget, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting/evaluation and facilitate training sessions.

Tasks:
Manage large-scale training projects from end-to-end, including all steps of the instructional design and/or facilitation process, budget, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting/evaluation

Consultant/Client Support Tasks:

Build and manage a respected partnership with key Business Stakeholders and external clients through expert level consulting by providing stellar customer service, objective advice, specialized skills to create value, and improve business performance

Collaborate with the various Lines of Business and Human Resources Consultants to identify learning gaps and opportunities, provide recommendations, additional resources and/or implement solutions
Liaise with vendors on behalf of the Lines of Business to source and negotiate learning programs for their training requirements
Partner with other CAA Clubs/AAA Clubs to share best practices and collaborate on training programs as required

Facilitate and/or design/develop large-scale training programs and ad hoc programs

Tasks: Facilitation

Facilitate training sessions that engage participants and help them explore their learning through a variety of adult learning principles
Facilitate technical and business skills training to new hires and existing Associates
Facilitate sessions using various training methods
In-class, including on-site and off-site locations
Online, including live WebEx
Manage classroom dynamics to maximize learning and monitor the progress of participants
Research and provide follow-up responses to unresolved items/questions that arise during training
Create recordings of training sessions accessible to Associates online
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to prepare other trainers to deliver with the same consistent standards of delivery excellence for specific courses

Tasks: Instructional Design
Perform needs analysis to identify learning gaps and investigate all possible solutions/opportunities. Includes, but not limited to:
Identify the business need
Collect supporting data
Analyze the data
Evaluate and select learning solutions
Write Report of Findings
Present Report of Findings to clients
Develop the design plan to provide the framework for the training solution. The design plan includes a variety of adult learning principles to address different learning styles
Development of implementation plan
Development of communication plan
Design and develop learning solution content including:
Development of learning materials using a variety of mediums e.g., Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, Job Aids, Presentations, Activity Book, FAQ, Learning Interactivities, online modules, videos
Design and develop tools used to evaluate learning e.g., Participant Evaluation of the course, Pre- and Post-Assessments, and Post Mortems

Tasks: Program Development
Create training programs within Lines of Business or Corporately by developing training solutions using a systematic process to plan, implement and evaluate training programs
Prepares budget allocation proposals, project proposals, reports for the program
Ensures that the training team and other external stakeholders receive information in a timely manner

Administration Tasks:

Coordinate activities and resources that impact training events and corporate meetings:
Source and reserve training facilities/locations
Create training schedules
Manage participant lists
Coordinate external resources
Manage client billing
Analyze training evaluations (Level 1 and 2) for program enhancements and opportunities.

Requirements:

5-7 years experience with the following:
