I am proactively looking for a Health & Safety Manager for a client of ours. As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines. Your main goal will be to always ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents.


Location: Chatham-Kent Area (ONSITE ONLY)


Minimum Qualifications needed for this role:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager or in a comparable position
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant federal and provincial OHS legislation, procedures, and potential hazardous materials or practices
  • Required certification in occupational health and safety or Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation
  • Proven experience in drafting OHS policies and procedures, performing data analysis, and reporting statistics
  • Proficiency with safety management information systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
