Chez MP Solutions et AirMP, le Conseiller en santé et en sécurité agit à titre de rôle-conseil auprès de ses clients (internes et externes), effectue des activités de prévention en matière de besoins ou de problèmes en santé et en sécurité. Il travaille en corrélation avec le plan stratégique de département pour coordonner ses projets en collaboration avec le reste de l'équipe RH et SST, ainsi que l'équipe de direction.

VOS RÔLES :

  • Produire et afficher les statistiques en SST et planifier des activités de prévention en ce sens. Créer des IPC:
  • Prendre en charge la gestion de la santé et de la sécurité chez AirMP et soutenir le Coordonnateur dans les autres chantiers;
  • Collaborer avec les clients internes (gestionnaires, superviseurs) et externes (clients, CNESST) pour différents dossiers;
  • Apporter son support à l'équipe SST dans divers dossiers spéciaux;
  • Piloter le Comité de santé et de sécurité conjoint aux deux entreprises;
  • Élaborer, mettre en place, effectuer le suivi et la gestion admnistrative des activités de formation en SST;
  • Effectuer des analyses de risques pour des travaux ou des tâches spécifiques;
  • Gérer et réaliser ses projets du Plan stratégique de département;
  • Créer et faire la mise à jour de politiques, programmes, de procédures et autres documents administratifs en lien avec la gestion préventive de la santé et de la sécurité.

NOUS ATTENDONS VOTRE CANDIDATURE


EXIGENCES ET ATOUTS :

  • BAC en administration des affaires profil RH avec mineure en SST, certificat en SST ou autre formation jugée équivalente;
  • 6 mois à 1 an dans des fonctions similaires;
  • Excellent sens de la communication et de la relation d'aide;
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'informatique;
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, parlé et écrit
  • Sens des priorités;
  • Capacité à faire face à des situations anxiogènes (inspections, gestion de dossiers d'accidents du travail)
  • Attitude axée sur le travail d'équipe
