THE ROLE

Our Vice President, Commercial Growth you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and market expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize business opportunities, identify new markets, and enhance our competitive position. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in the insurance industry, exceptional strategic thinking, and proven experience in working to drive business growth.

Decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions. The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Self-assurance, and the confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential.

As a Vice President, Commercial Growth, you are a Strategist, results-oriented, innovative and analytical with a drive for change. You are:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Market expansion

  • with sales, marketing, and regional leaders to develop go-to-market strategies for new territories and target customer segments.
  • competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Client Partnerships team to focus on strategic allocation of resources to maximize value generation.
  • a key role in the development and delivery of large presentations and contribute to the vetting of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
  • and nurture strategic partnerships to expand our product offerings and reach new customer segments.


Operational excellence and advisor development

  • process improvements and operational efficiencies to support scalable growth.
  • with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new business or acquisitions.
  • advisors with pipeline management and sales training to ensure they have the tools to succeed.
  • key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with internal leaders to develop action plans to address performance gaps.


Strategic Planning

  • and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • and prioritize growth initiatives based on their feasibility, profitability, and strategic fit.
  • with executive leadership to define long-term goals, KPIs, and milestones for growth efforts.
  • participate in the corporate quarterly business review process to report on the progress of sales goals and the performance of developing Advisors.
