We are seeking an senior level SAP Development consultant with a strong background in finance and hands-on experience in WRICEF development. The ideal candidate will have exposure to SAP BRIM and data masking tools. This role requires an individual with extensive experience managing development teams and driving technical solutions from conception to implementation. This is for a long term remote contract position.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Leadership:

  • Architect and oversee integrations, enhancements, reports, conversions, and forms within the SAP landscape.
  • Design technical solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.
  • Drive the overall SAP technical solutions from idea to implementation.
  • Conduct design reviews, identify gaps, and recommend changes for modernization.
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team in design and implementation.
  • Perform technical reviews ensuring adherence to SAP leading practices.
  • Ensure technical integrity, leveraging common technical objects, and avoiding duplication of work.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to design test plans and cases, and support automation efforts.
  • Participate in project roadmap and strategy definitions.
  • Create training materials and solution documentation.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Hands-on involvement with RICEFW development using ABAP and Fiori to support project timelines.
  • Develop, configure, and implement solutions as per the development strategy.
  • Manage technical risks and issues, communicating effectively with management.


Experience:

  • 10-12 years of experience in SAP product consulting, systems integration, or as an architect.
  • 6+ years of work experience in SAP technical roles, with expertise in ABAP development.
  • Functional understanding of SAP S/HANA modules such as FI, P2P, OTC, and MM.
  • Development experience in S/4HANA using ABAP objects, CDS Models, AMDP, SAPUI5, and OData.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and ABAP Restful Programming Model.
  • Experience with SAP security concepts and best practices.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with BRIM, ARIBA, SAP Cloud technologies, SAC.
  • Familiarity with Java-based development and non-SAP application interfaces.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and delivering optimized solutions.
  • Experience with data masking and anonymization techniques.
