Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM and Compensation Specialist to join our team and support our HR functions. This role requires expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Compensation (excluding Advanced Compensation). The ideal candidate will be proficient in building job profiles, managing compensation components, performing data loads, and generating basic reports. Additionally, this role includes handling level two support tickets and data corrections.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage job profiles and compensation components, including compensation grades.
  • Conduct data loads and generate basic reports (excluding Prism).
  • Handle level two support tickets and perform data corrections.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient HR operations.

Requirements:
