POSITION OVERVIEW

Waypoint is seeking a motivated Insurance Professional to join our client-focused team as a Road Advisor. As a Road Advisor, you will play a vital role in servicing client insurance needs by visiting them at dealerships. If you are passionate about client service, eager to grow into a producer, and enjoy being on the road, this opportunity is for you. Waypoint is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its team to better serve clients in British Columbia.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and secure the best coverage.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by anticipating client needs.

· Manage and process renewals promptly, ensuring high client retention.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross-selling.

· Provide support to clients in the claims process.

· Travel short distances on a daily basis.


REQUIREMENTS:

· Level-1 Insurance Broker License.

· At least 1 year of previous insurance experience.

· High motivation and strong time management skills.

· Ability to thrive in a team environment.

· Excellent client service skills.

· Accountability and problem-solving ability.

· Valid driver's license in BC and access to a vehicle for travel.
