Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Construction On-Site Coordinator with excellent communication skills to oversee and coordinate on-site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between team members and other project stakeholders, conducting site measurements and verifications, and providing technical support. This role requires proficiency in various software tools to create highlights, presentations, and manage inquiries. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for project documentation and archiving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between team members and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Perform site measurements and verifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Utilize software tools to create project highlights, and presentations, and respond to inquiries.
  • Gather, manage, and share project data appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project documentation and archiving.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
  • Technical background in site measurements and verifications.
  • Familiarity with the industrial project environment is an advantage
