About the Role


The Growth Associate will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives to expand our business. As such, the Growth Associate will work with the marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities, qualify existing opportunities, and act as a liaison between inbound marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


Opportunity management

Identify, qualify and act on new business opportunities applying Zaddons’ business development methodology, with the aim to convert leads into sales qualified opportunities.


Cold outreach

Through outbound business development initiatives (email, phone and in-person discussions), the ideal candidate will add new opportunities to Zaddons’ sales pipeline.


Customer discoveries

Conduct customer discovery meetings to gain insight, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, with a view of enhancing business growth and customer satisfaction.


Reporting

Maintain up-to-date data in the CRM and produce occasional performance and status report on business development metrics when needed.


Qualifications


  • 1 to 5 years of experience in business development in B2B, preferably in technology companies (SaaS experience is an asset).
  • Knowledge of the effective use of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo) and sales methodology (a must).
  • Experience in operationalizing sales and objection handling playbooks.
  • Ease of oral and written expression in French and English (majority English-speaking clientele).
