Key Responsibilities:


Content Production and Scheduling

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google My Business (GMB).
  • Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality visual and written assets aligned with our brand voice and goals.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.

Blog and SEO Optimization

  • Write and optimize blog posts using tools like Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to improve search engine rankings and audience engagement.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform blog strategies.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to create content that aligns with SEO best practices and marketing objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, writers, and media specialists) to ensure all assets are created and delivered on time.
  • Monitor campaign progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Performance Tracking and Analytics

  • Develop and define KPIs for social media, blog content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance across all channels and report insights to the leadership team.
  • Recommend actionable strategies to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both French and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with KPI creation and performance tracking across multiple channels.
