Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Packet Core, LTE, IP, and MPLS technologies to fill the role of Multi-Access Gateway SME. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, integrating, and migrating multi-access gateway solutions in telecommunications networks.


Responsibilities:


Documentation:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation including presentations, checklists, and daily/weekly status reports of completed work.
  • Prepare Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and analyze data results to ensure network performance meets specifications.
  • Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.


Test Network Setup:

  • Build a test network in the lab environment to verify design features and overall topology.


Design Review and Update:

  • Complete a high-level design document and review it with the customer remotely.
  • Update the HLD based on customer feedback and obtain signoff.


Integration:

  • Generate configuration files based on the approved HLD.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to integration engineers during the integration phase.
  • Assist integration engineers in running acceptance testing for customer witness testing.


Migration:

  • Develop, review, and obtain approval on Method of Procedure (MoP) documents for migration activities based on customer requirements.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to migration engineers during the migration phase.
  • Assist migration engineers in successfully running acceptance testing for migration activities.


Network Signoff and Support:

  • Assist with customer inquiries and questions during network signoff.


Training:

  • Develop training material and set up labs to provide customized training to customers based on their network design.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience in Packet Core, LTE, IP, and MPLS technologies.
  • Proven track record in designing, integrating, and migrating multi-access gateway solutions.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
