CES Plumbing is seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Service Foreman to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and support systems.
  • Ability to manage/supervise/train a crew of apprentice plumbers and journeymen.
  • Attend site visits as required to provide knowledge for the purpose of estimating.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to properly service and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies/procedures.
  • Creates a positive relationship with workers, customers, engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure the scope of the work is completed as per the quote, drawings, specifications, and budget.
  • Excellent customer service skills & ability to be a team player/promote teamwork in the team.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed 306A Plumber with 10 years of service experience and 5 years of plumbing project experience.
  • Licensed Ontario Water Works Cross Connection Control Specialist.
  • Valid “full G” Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of the ON Plumbing Code.
  • I.C.I. and Hi-Rise Multi Residential service experience.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
