Role Overview:

We are seeking a Research Scientist to become a key player within our dynamic, diverse and forward-thinking R&D team to advance our circular recycling technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct experiments on advanced recycling of complex textile blends.
  • Identify the transferability of knowledge from pilot scale to production.
  • Implement strategies for identifying, quantifying and treating impurities.
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets, delivering insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Provide leadership and technical input to enhance the team's effectiveness and cohesion.


What we are looking for

  • Ph.D., or M.S. with 3+ years of related experience, in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of spectroscopic analysis, chromatographic separation, and polymer science. Experience with technology scale-up is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions, coupled with excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable in both independent and collaborative, fast-paced team environments.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
