About the Position:

 

As a Sales Representative and Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients in institutes, spas, and medispas in the region. Your responsibilities will include:

 

- Promoting and selling our premium professional skincare products.

- Developing strong relationships with our current and potential clients.

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our company.

- Training aestheticians on our product lines to ensure optimal use and accurate representation of our brands.

 

Desired Profile:

 

- Education and Skills: A diploma in aesthetics or solid experience in the cosmetics field is required.

- Passion: You are passionate about the beauty industry and have a deep understanding of skincare market trends.

- Experience: Proven experience in business development, preferably in the professional beauty sector, is an advantage.

- Interpersonal Skills: You have demonstrated the ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships, with an aptitude for closing successful deals.

- Autonomy and Organization: You can work independently, manage your time effectively, and achieve your sales targets.

- Product Training: Previous experience in training on professional skincare product lines is an asset.

- A competitive base salary of $60,000 plus a $10,000 commission to begin with.
