This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours, open to people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you are just starting your career or bring years of expertise, we provide the mentorship, resources, and training you need to succeed in the financial industry.As a Training Associate, you will play a key role in developing yourself while helping others do the same. You’ll participate in and deliver training sessions, learn proven business strategies, and support individuals as they build their financial knowledge and career path. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys personal growth, working with people, and making a positive impact.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ongoing training programs to expand financial knowledge and leadership skills.Assist in delivering training sessions, workshops, and presentations to team members and clients.Help create simple and engaging resources that make financial concepts easy to understand.Provide support and encouragement to new associates as they grow in their roles.Collaborate with mentors and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Continuously develop personal skills in communication, leadership, and financial literacy.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for learning, teaching, and helping others succeed.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Comfort with virtual platforms (Zoom).No prior experience in finance or training is required — full training and mentorship are provided.Have HLLQP Licence or willing to complete.Experience in business, finance, education, or coaching is an asset but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time schedule that can grow into full-time opportunities.Remote work with ongoing mentorship and support.Comprehensive training and personal development programs.A positive, team-driven culture focused on growth and impact.The opportunity to build a rewarding career in the financial industry while helping others achieve their goals.
