Skills:

•Technical Infrastructure – Enterprise Database experience (SQL, Oracle or otherwise). Systems Engineering or Administration. Active Directory, Exchange/M365 and Virtualization – Dell VxRail (VMware, Hyper-V, Cloud). Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Mobility, etc.

•Presentation skills - Presales, demos, online presentations, Tier 3 or higher technical support. Experience listening too and customers and presenting solutions.

•Solution Design and/ or Solution Architecture skills.

•Previous Infrastructure experience is mandatory but exposure to Cloud Platforms such Azure, Amazon, IBM, Oracle or otherwise would be a plus.

•Professional Services – Experience working with integrators, service-based organizations, or Microsoft partners are also a plus.

•Business Analysis

*Experience in Data Center (Onprem & Cloud) migration will be a plus.
