ERP Implementation

Job position: Implementation Specialist

Reports to: IT Manager

We need someone to have basic understanding of IT applications, security, servers, data validation (gate keeper of the data) writing test plans.

A strong problem solver, and have problem troubleshooting abilities, as well as superior time management

Duties:

· Research, prepare, maintain and present timelines required for projects

· Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision making

· Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate objectives

· Able to complete data cleansing and verification

· Database setup

· Mapping legacy data to new database fields

· Data transfer to the new system

· Testing and verification and validation of legacy data

· Testing and verification and validation of new data inputs

· Support and/or lead other activities as required.

· Documentation and training

Employment and Educational Requirements:

• Project management policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project
• Project and risk management principles
• ERP implementation experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
