Rejoignez Systematix en tant que Coach Agile ( Entreprise ) Vous êtes passionné·e par l’agilité organisationnelle, le leadership collaboratif et la transformation numérique à grande échelle ?Systematix vous offre une belle opportunité de contribuer à un important projet de transformation Agile d’entreprise, au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires et engagées.Ce que nous offrons :Mode de travail : Hybride – 2 à 3 jours par semaine sur site à Montréal ou TorontoEnvironnement bilingue (FR/EN) au sein d’une grande organisation en transformation AgileCadre collaboratif et stimulant, axé sur l’innovation et l’amélioration continueRésumé du posteEn tant qu’Agile Coach (Enterprise), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’accélération de la transformation Agile au sein de l’organisation.Vous accompagnerez les équipes, les Product Owners, les Scrum Masters et les gestionnaires vers l’adoption de pratiques agiles matures, tout en soutenant la mise en place d’une culture de collaboration, de transparence et d’amélioration continue.Vos principales responsabilités :Évaluer la maturité agile des équipes et définir un plan de transformation adaptéCoacher les leaders et gestionnaires dans le développement du leadership agileSoutenir la mise en œuvre d’un plan de gestion du changement et promouvoir une mentalité agileGuider les équipes vers une performance durable et collaborativeContribuer à la mise en place d’un Centre d’excellence Agile au sein de l’organisationFaciliter la planification stratégique basée sur la valeur et l’amélioration continueProfil recherché :Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans des projets d’envergure, dont 4 ans en tant qu’Agile Coach ou Scrum MasterExpérience démontrée en transformation organisationnelle agile et en accompagnement de leadersConnaissance approfondie des cadres et pratiques agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Expérience en gestion du changement (certification un atout)Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership d’influenceCapacité à coacher des équipes bilingues et distribuéesMaîtrise des outils JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.Pourquoi Systematix ?Parce que nous croyons qu’un vrai changement se crée par les personnes, pas seulement par les processus.Rejoignez une équipe qui valorise la collaboration, la transparence et la croissance continue tout en soutenant des organisations d’envergure dans leur évolution agile.📩 Envoyez votre CV à : Zineb.Ammor@systematix.comObjet : 21590 – Agile Coach (Enterprise) – Hybride Montréal / Toronto
