Ideally looking for experience with Project management software (Wrike or Similar tools implementation experience), someone with the mentioned required skills and experience, in particular in large organizations.


Software Implementation Specialist - Halifax, NS


Activities will include:

• Establish connection between SharePoint and Wrike.

• Initial configuration of the Wrike project management software.

• Orientation and training for pilot project PMs and supporting staff.

• Support Project Managers to load project data for 2 pilot projects.

• Backload of sample data for Dashboard mock-up/testing.

• Develop dashboards for portfolio level reporting (e.g. Board, Sr Mgmt, Engineering, IT)

• Establishing the templates and standards, with participation by a project management working group, for all projects.

• Establish standard Project SharePoint template/layout.

• Determine Approach for migration of inflight projects.


Software Implementation Specialist Qualifications

• a software implementation specialist with three-five (3-5) years of experience setting up project management/dashboard software/frameworks.

• PMP certification would be an asset but not required.
