  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for employees.

Server Administration:

  • Perform system administration tasks on servers, including Windows 2016/2012 Server, Windows 10/11, and UNIX-based platforms.
  • Monitor and upgrade network servers, including operating systems and applications.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery planning and implement network backups.

Network Security and Documentation:

  • Ensure network security and connectivity.
  • Define network policies and procedures.
  • Document network systems and operational procedures.

User Support and Training:

  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Train support personnel to provide Tier I support to end users.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a network administrator role.
  • Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
  • Knowledge of best practices for server infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in networking administration (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, WCNA) and firewall management (e.g., Cisco, Dell, SonicWALL, Fortinet).
