This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a modern architecture vision that aligns with organizational objectives, while enabling scalable, secure, integrated operations across multiple systems and environments.Role SummaryThe Senior Enterprise Architect will:Assess the current-state enterprise technology environmentDefine target-state architecture and transformation modelsCreate and maintain enterprise architecture frameworksEnsure architectural alignment across platforms, applications, data, security, and infrastructureProvide direction to technical teams and collaborate with senior stakeholdersEstablish architecture standards and governance processesSupport strategic planning and technology decision-makingKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Enterprise Architecture (EA) FrameworksAlign Technology with Business Strategy and enterprise goalsAssess Current State Architecture and develop Target State RoadmapsProvide oversight for large-scale transformation initiativesEstablish architectural standards, principles, and governance artifactsEvaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and toolsCollaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and operationsModel Business Processes, Capabilities, and Systems InteractionsAssist with risk assessment and security design planningSupport Solution Architects and Technical Engineering TeamsManage platform standardization, cost optimization, and reduction of technical debtMandatory Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fieldMinimum 8 years leading cross-functional teams, providing architectural direction, and mentoring technical staffAt least 5 years of experience in architecting and maintaining complex technology platformsMinimum 8 years identifying and assessing requirements across architecture domains, including business, application, technology, data/information, security, and privacyMinimum 7 years documenting enterprise application architectures in large-scale IT environmentsMinimum 7 years of planning, designing, implementing, and supporting platform solutions in enterprise settingsMinimum 8 years of experience in leadership, estimation, strategic presentation, and stakeholder communicationAt least 5 years collaborating with data architects, engineers, and analysts to design and optimize cloud-based architectureMinimum 5 years contributing to application architecture standards, guidelines, or governance artifactsMinimum 5 years designing or supporting solutions utilizing enterprise master data and data registry principlesMinimum 5 years of experience working with web application security concepts (e.g., OWASP Top Ten)Minimum 5 years designing or supporting enterprise solutions for web, mobile, or distributed application environmentsMinimum 5 years developing or supporting enterprise-level analytics models or visualizationsPreferred Technical & Architectural KnowledgeExperience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)Strong understanding of EA methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate)Knowledge of data architecture, integration patterns, and API frameworksFamiliarity with microservices, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of privacy, identity, access management, and compliance frameworksAbility to translate business strategy into a technical roadmapSoft Skills & Leadership AttributesExcellent communication & stakeholder engagement skillsExecutive-level presence with analytical and conceptual thinking abilityProven experience in architecture governance and strategic directionAbility to bridge business and technical perspectivesStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
