Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team. This role involves designing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and implementing these designs into functional, user-friendly web and mobile experiences. This role is a blend of creative asset design and product design, requiring a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Your work will directly impact the usability and aesthetic appeal of our platform and website, enhancing the way brands create digital content. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI, marketing and/or e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing AI features and experiences for our web applications, starting with a new video feature.
- Work directly with founder on enhancing end-to-end product experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to prototyping with the ability to experiment and iterate quickly.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with full stack engineers to define technical requirements and and implement designs effectively
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface.
- Support branding design and website enhancements + occasional marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities as appropriate.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 7+ years experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases your product design and UX skills.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing products.
- Expertise in UX design and prototyping tools (ideally Figma)
- Experience in e-commerce or marketing software tools
- Be able to quickly implement changes and iterate quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- A passion for technology and staying abreast of industry trends, with a willingness to explore new AI tools and techniques to improve your work and our platform.
- Experience designing experiences with generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, with a deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles is a plus
