KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary focus will be on Business Process Automations and workflows to streamline Operations. As part of an established team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement business process automations and workflows to streamline operations, with a specific focus on employing Twilio Studio for communication process Enhancements.
  • Develop and optimize workflow automations across various business areas, including sales pipelines and customer relationship management (CRM), using tools like Zapier, Pipedream, and Close.com.
  • Integrate third-party data sources and manage CRM systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality that aligns with business strategies.
  • Utilize JSON for data structuring and manipulation, alongside API integrations, to foster robust data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Proactively identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that anticipate and address business needs, enhancing operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing database setups, and enhancing web operations through browser automation tools like Browserless.io.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing automations with tools like Zapier, Pipedream, and familiarity with Twilio Studio for advanced communication solutions.
  • Proficient in JSON and experienced in API integrations, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these technologies in predicting and fulfilling business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills for mapping complex workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and seamlessly integrating various systems.
  • A motivated self-starter who is responsive, trustworthy, and committed to excellence, capable of taking initiative, solving problems, and effectively communicating needs and solutions.
  • Prior experience in real estate, project management, and familiarity with G-suite, WordPress, and data visualization platforms are advantageous.
