Role: Epic Certified AnalystLocation: Remote (Canada)Mode Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are urgently hiring Epic Certified Analysts across the following modules:1. Epic Cadence and Prelude 2. Epic Grand Central 3. Epic Security 4. Epic PB Claims 5. Epic HB Claims The successful candidates will work closely with clinical, financial, and technical teams to implement, configure, and support Epic applications. You must hold active Epic certification in the respective module(s).Required QualificationsMandatory: Active Epic Certification in one of the following: Willow / HIM / Hospital Billing (HB).Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Epic implementation or support experience in the relevant module.Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and best practices within your Epic specialty.Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to multiple Epic modules.Prior experience working in Canadian healthcare systems.Familiarity with integration, reporting, and testing tools within Epic.
