TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Coach Agile ayant d'excellentes aptitudes techniques, d'excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre à profit ses compétences au sein d'une équipe polyvalente.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir la personne retenue.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

  • Être le gardien de l'adoption des pratiques agiles ainsi que du principe de l'amélioration continue;
  • Savoir cerner la vision globale des besoins, problèmes, opportunités et enjeux d'un projet agile;
  • Assumer le rôle de facilitateur en aidant les échanges entre les différentes parties-prenantes d'un projet ou de l'organisation;
  • S'assurer que les équipes et l'organisation gagnent en maturité agile et mettre en place des outils de mesure;
  • Agiliser les processus de gestion de projet (planification, suivi, reddition de comptes, coût, etc.);
  • Proposer, concevoir et animer des ateliers de travail ainsi que donner des formations ou des présentations sur les méthodes et pratiques agiles;
  • Participer à la résolution des problèmes majeurs dans la gestion du changement de l'implantation des méthodes et pratiques agiles;
  • Intégrer la synchronisation multi équipes ou multi projets agiles;
  • Assurer la durabilité de la transformation organisationnelle agile;
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires et leurs équipes dans la mise en place de l'agilité

Requirements

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'étude universitaire dans un domaine pertinent;
  • Avoir une certification Scrum Master et/ou Scrum Product Owner;
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans la préparation de matériel didactique agile;
  • Posséder de l'expérience en implantation des pratiques agiles (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban);
  • Avoir une connaissance des pratiques d'agilité à l'échelle (DAD,SAFe,Nexus...);
