You are an expert, a teacher and are obsessed with learning, mentoring and sharing your knowledge with your treatment team to ensure our clients achieve amazing outcomes You have a passion for holistic wellness approaches and are confident that you can achieve the goals you set while providing excellent customer service and education.FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Service expert2. Training and supervision of medical aestheticians and nurses3. Engage with clients and consult on their skin care needs4. Drive services and prestige retail skin sales5. Support the execution of in-store events that deliver an unrivalled client experience while delivering on sales goals6. Educate clients about proper home care maintaince7. Performs additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:1. Minimum of three years of medical spa experience preferred2. Knowledge of spa products, medical cosmetic procedures and inventory management3. Interest in wellness and holistic skin care4. Ability to work weekends and evenings when required by business needs5. Medical or health related college degree preferred6. Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets, cost control skills7. Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service8. Solid evidence of community outreach and involvement in health related industries and in-depth understanding of the value of improving health and wellness.Laserbody MD welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
