Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for other administrative duties including invoicing, proposal writing, responding to client support tickets, and appointment scheduling.
Contract: USD $1500 / Month
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations
- Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Manage project risks and issues, and escalate as needed
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
- Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients
- Write proposals for new business opportunities, outlining project scope, deliverables, and pricing
- Respond to client support tickets and inquiries, providing timely and professional communication
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients, team members, and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ experience as a project manager in a digital agency or similar industry
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Knowledge of or interest in digital marketing, web design, and development
