Global Talent Management Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented coordinator to join our Global Talent Management team. Your role will support learning and development (L&D) and talent management initiatives, such as leadership programs, language classes, digital and virtual training, and performance cycles. The Global Talent coordinator offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about talent management and eager to contribute to the growth and development of BRP.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including room booking, registration, catering, supplies, accommodations, and travel.
- Ensure effective communication between project leaders for planning and executing leadership development, training, and wellness initiatives according to the annual calendar.
- Provide follow-up support to participants, suppliers, and stakeholders by ensuring A1 customer service.
- Assist the team in writing, editing, reviewing, formatting, and producing training materials, emails, invitations, and other communication assets to promote talent management activities and processes.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team's success, such as, uploading content in the learning management system, maintaining up-to-date records, sorting reports, billing following up etc.).
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- College diploma (DEC) and 4-5 years of experience or bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience.
- Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with constant changes.
- Impeccable customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
