Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronics Engineer at Quickboards in Brant, ON. The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for hardware design, firmware design, board bring-up, fabrication and testing as part of their day-to-day tasks.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Kicad, Eagle, Altium or other PCB design software
  • Experience with MPlab, Code Composer Studio, Atmel studio, STM32cube, or related IDE and compilers
  • Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, electronic loads, etc
  • Experience in PCBA fabrication and using tools such as soldering irons, microscope, reflow oven, etc
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Must have designed a printed circuit board and physically required in the first interview
