This role blends administrative expertise, project management, marketing support, and event coordination to ensure our day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate team events.
- Organize and maintain internal documentation, drives, and platforms.
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for CEO meetings and presentations.
Event Coordination
- Manage communication and logistics for monthly speaker engagements and other events.
- Facilitate seamless virtual events on Zoom, including hosting and troubleshooting.
- Assist with event promotion and outreach efforts to maximize engagement.
Marketing Support
- Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with newsletter creation, editing, and distribution.
- Update website content and manage basic WordPress tasks.
- Conduct minor video editing for social media or event promotion.
Project Management
- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals align with organizational objectives.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend solutions to improve processes.

Preferred Qualities
- Lived experience with racism and an understanding of racial equity work.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creative design abilities for social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in operations, project management, or as an EA with strategic responsibilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Flexibility to handle tasks at both a strategic and tactical level.
Tools and Platforms You’ll Use
- Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Google Suite, Zoom, and Monday.com.
- Eventbrite and basic video editing tools.
