Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background combined with technical expertise, enabling them to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with healthcare industry goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality healthcare products on time.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify patient and provider needs and market trends.
- Develop and prioritize product features, user stories, and requirements with a focus on improving patient outcomes and healthcare provider efficiency.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of product features.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Manage product P&L every month to ensure performance and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced healthcare degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical device development or pharmaceutical.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
